SANTA FE, N.M. — The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission Nominating Committee today concluded individual interviews with Commissioner applicants to fill three upcoming vacancies created by a change in the structure of the Commission to an executive-appointed body starting next year. The Committee will meet on Monday, November 14, to recommend at least five of the interviewed candidates to Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, who will appoint three of them to the Commission to begin serving on January 1, 2023, subject to approval by the state Senate.
