Planning and Land Use Department Initiating Land Development Code Update

Multi-Phase, Multi-Year Project Contract Awarded to Clarion Associates 

SANTA FE, November 16 – The City of Santa Fe Planning and Land Use Department has selected Clarion Associates to lead a multi-phase update to the Land Development Code. Clarion Associates is a national Land Use consulting firm that has previously worked with the City on Historic Preservation Code updates. The project will be led by Matt Goebel, AICP director of Clarion and Project Manager, and managed on the City side by Daniel Alvarado, AICP Senior Planner.
