The City of Santa Fe Parks and Open Space Division warmly invites community members to a ribbon cutting on Monday, April 24, at 12:00 p.m. to celebrate a new sign about Gunnison’s Prairie dogs at Frenchy’s Field Park with Mayor Alan Webber, City Councilors, Parks Division staff, Patricia Carlton, president of People for Native Ecosystems, and sign artist, George Lawrence. The sign installed at the park provides details about the life cycle of prairie dogs and the ways they support our ecosystem.
