ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The city of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department and officials with Bernalillo County have detected the first West Nile virus-positive mosquitos in the county for 2022. City and county officials say the West Nile-positive mosquitos were found through routine testing at different locations throughout Albuquerque and unincorporated areas of Bernalillo County.
