SANTA FE—The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (PRC) this week heard an update on the state’s community solar program from InClime Inc., the independent administrator overseeing the development of the project, which calls for the creation of community solar facilities to give qualifying electric utility customers access to the renewable energy produced by the facilities. The company shared its vision and plan for the program as well as a schedule for key project milestones moving toward implementation.
