SANTA FE – The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (NMPRC) on Tuesday, November 28, will hold a second workshop to discuss Grid Modernization and Integrated Distribution Planning (IDP). The workshop will include presentations by Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM), Southwestern Public Service Company (SPS), and El Paso Electric Company (EPE) on existing utility practices for distribution planning Information from this workshop will be used to help guide the Commission toward implementing a rulemaking on Grid Modernization and Integrated Distribution Planning.
