Public Input Sought on Draft Application Through Oct. 24
The City’s Office of Affordable Housing (OAH) is applying for a competitive Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) federal grant in the amount of $4 million and is seeking public input on the draft application through Tuesday, October 24, at 5 p.m. If successful, the grant funding will be used to partially implement the City’s newly revised land development code and support anti-displacement policy work, as well as pay for necessary infrastructure and pre-development costs for the first affordable housing parcel at Midtown.
