SILVER CITY – The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish works tirelessly to conserve New Mexico’s fish and wildlife for current and future generations. Its conservation work is made possible by funds from hunters and anglers, which are reinvested to conserve all wildlife for the people of New Mexico and our visitors. While science guides the Department’s conservation strategies, it depends on public input to help set larger conservation objectives for your fish and wildlife resources.
